Gregorio Arroyo Said: Good Stuff ( Sep. 12th 2009 )
Definately a good workout with the resistance cords. I like the fact that it comes with 3 different cords for 3 different resistance weight, i recommend this to anyone.

This was a very good acquisition. Initially, I thought resistance band set would not very helpful to my training. It turns out i was wrong, even though the Heavy Tension felt not good enough, is very effective for working my shape, and for a fair price. Light and medium bands really helpful to release tension only ;).
A. Nack Said: Not what I was looking for ( Jul. 15th 2009 )
band is hollow instead of solid so light, medium, and heavy is not very accurate. I would call them extremely light, very light, and light.
Todd Hagopian Said: Good Value, but might want to consider another option... ( May. 31st 2009 )
I personally enjoy my three band set, but I will tell you that I used only one band for my first two months of using the bands. Bands can be easily made to be heavier by making a loop in the band, or stepping on the bands wider apart, which will suddenly make the same band harder to lift. A 3-piece band set may be easier, but I would argue that if you are a beginner, you definitely need only one band until you get to an advanced stage. However, for an experienced lifter, this set is an extremely good value, and well worth the money. Enjoy!
