Customer Reviews Ez Said: thera band's are good for rehabbing your ankle ( Nov. 12th 2009 )i like the black thera band because it actually provides resistance. i used to use the other colors, but i never felt like my ankle was improving with them. with the black one i can feel my ankle working.John Sestak Said: Stretch Bands ( Oct. 5th 2009 )Every swimmer should own a stretch band and should be doing rotator cuff shoulder exercises with it. At some point during your swim career you will probably develop at least shoulder discomfort. Shoulder exercises with a stretch band will help stop the discomfort. Do not swim through the pain as many coaches suggest - fix the problem!!!JFly Said: poor theraband product ( Aug. 30th 2009 )Theraband tore in half when I merely pulled on it after removing it from shipping package.teradactyl22 Said: bands are okay ( Aug. 27th 2009 )This bands are okay but for being extra heavy are not very heavy and do not provide the workout that I was looking for.Nancy Cowan Said: Just as described and works great. ( Aug. 3rd 2009 )Great for exercising in your chair, does not make you do things that would result in over doing, great for disabled people to keep in shape.« Back |
